Ripit Speedsetter 400 Computer-to-Polyester Plate System

Our RIPit SpeedSetter is a virtual drum imagesetter which produces high-resolution polyester plates for quick printing or elaborate commercial printing. Our plating system combines the qualities of a traditional drum imagesetter (accurate registration, excellent repeatability, and sharp, consistent screens) with the simplicity and cost of a capstan imagesetter.

SpeedSetters typically achieve .0005” repeatability across 4 plates and image with a 10 micron spot size (2000 dpi and above) over the entire page, producing film which is sharp and accurate.
RIPit’s SpeedSetter 300/400 Series imagesetters have a live image area to 12.5” x 18.75"
