What is meant by "publishing"? In simplist of terms, a person who publishes something is the person who PAYS for the printing and other associated costs. The Pioneer Press is a
printing company and generally does only work paid for by the person or persons ordering the work. We do offer assistance in all aspects of design, copyright application, barcoding, promotion, etc.,
but we do not publish (pay for) the work we print.
